Our mission

Improving lives through education and access to skilled therapy services

Our mission is to create a safe space for children with disabilities, as well as other patient populations, to experience the benefits of occupational therapy coupled with equine movement.

“Progress is possible. We’ve done it before.”
— Tiffany Young

Whether helping children learn to walk, or regulating the nervous systems of patients with PTSD, the benefits of the interaction of equine movement with the human neuromotor systems is well documented. Horses have been helping humans improve their movement and coordination for centuries.

About us

How did we get started?

Our humble beginnings harken back to a fateful meeting between a disabled young girl and an elite dressage rider. Frustrated with a lack of services being provided by the state, our founder Tiffany reached out to a friend asking about horseback lessons for her daughter. Little did she know that those lessons would change both their lives forever.

After only a few short weeks, Cici, who was supposed to be wheelchair bound, did what no one thought was possible. She began to walk. Unable to unsee the miracle, our President, Kelly, began to research therapeutic riding programs and became a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor.

Together, they opened up about their mission to provide access to such an effective therapy to other children, and inspired their friends to come along for the journey. Reach out to learn more about Cici’s miracle, and how you can help us bring that miracle to other children in need.
